I am very proud to be represented by one of Australia’s Finest Art Galleries, “Nissarana Galleries” in beautiful Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, Queensland Australia.  Here I am with gallery director, Val Pasquale, and one of my Australian aerial landscapes, after Australian Artists, John Olsen and Fred Williams.

One of the charities I support with my paintings is Guide Dogs Queensland.  Today, in August 2014, I had a visitor – Barry, the new marketing dog for my friend Aileen McGregor-Lowndes.  He was SUCH a distraction!

WARNING TO ARTISTS – Troy Adam Williams (below), sold Merry’s paintings from his gallery called “C Gallery” in Brisbane between 2012 to 2013 and did not pay Merry Sparks in full.  He declared bankruptcy and Merry Sparks is one of many creditors.

Charities

Guide Dogs Queensland commissioned me in July 2013 to paint a puppy’s head and jigsaw a hole for the mouth so kids could toss a toy bone through it to win a prize at a fundraiser.  VERY CEEEYOOOT!!

Another GREAT outcome with the recent donation of a painting from the “Joy & Chanel” Series to charity – REDKITE CORPORATION (caring for kids with cancer). Total charitable sales now total AUD$55,000 – THAT’S AWESOME!

Friendships –

Australia Zoo – I welcome my new friendship with AUSTRALIA ZOO. It’s great to be able to “get up close and personal” with those gorgeous animals to promote their conservation and our magnificent country and culture, via my Australiana Series.  As you will see within this site, is endless for me. I use Atelier Interactive Acrylic Paint by CHROMA – “It’s All About The Paint”…
